We do not take back:

  • Lingerie, undergarments, swimwear and socks.
  • Fragrances, cosmetics, beauty and skincare products.
  • Watches, sunglasses, fashion jewellery and handbags.
  • Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.

Please return your items in their original packaging, within 7 days of delivery. Double-check that you've included all the tags, accessories, promotional gifts and warranty cards that came with your order.

Cancellation


  • You can cancel the entire/part of the order for 30 minutes after it is placed.
  • After 30 minutes, if the order is not dispatched still you can call us and cancel the order.
  • You cannot cancel the order if it is dispatched, you can only return it after you receive.
